Shipping Dates

 SHIPPING TO THE EU - IOSS

We now have a system in place that collects tax and negates handling fees so customers should not be charged when their parcel is delivered. This applies to shipping in the following countries/regions:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
 

 NON-IOSS COUNTIES WITH IMPORT TAX

We do not current have a system in place for handling import VAT or Delivery Duty Pay for countries which have these requirements and exist outside of IOSS territories. 

We are working towards solutions for orders in these locations and will endeavour to provides updates as we make progress. 
 

IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

If your order contains a game that has not yet been released (pre-order) the complete order will be shipped when ALL the games become available. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you place separate orders if you want to receive current titles now.
 

It takes approximately one week to ship all the orders. You should receive a shipping notification email once your order has been processed and dispatched. If you haven't heard from us within a week of the shipping date please reach out to us at support@silverliningint.com.
